photoI've got a real passion for life, never bored, always on the go... If you want something doing, ask a busy person to do it, thats me! I can be very out going and a bit loud. I also love a cosy night in snuggling and spooning after a nice meal and a glass/bottle or two of Casbinet/Sauvignon/M erlot.

I've just driven home from my friends place at 2 am along unlit tree lined country roads... My CD player was playing "Doctor Who at the BBC". This has sound effects and musical tracks. The first I listened to was the "Dalek Pulse", followed by Tenth Planet sounds from just before the Doctor first regenerates as the Tardis goes crazy. Then came the throbbing Sounds from The Macra Terror as the two guys breathed that lady to death (it's too late at night to recall the characters names). Also on there are Moonbase and Wheel in Space effects. I was almost scared!

I seem to be going through one of my Doctor Who 'periods' at the moment as I am enjoying watching stories from all eras, even the odd show from the late 1980's!!!

That sounds like Oak and Quill from the story about the underwater seaweed?

Oak and Quill, thats them Cantor... I'm so glad that clip was found in Australia... Still chilling, their pulsing in time with the heartbeat...

Yup, the story concerned is Fury From the Deep, rather than The Macra Terror. Still creepy though, whatever the story title is!

Ofcourse its Fury from the Deep! It was very late last night (well this morning) when I wrote the OP! :)

(Call myself a Doctor who fan? I should go and rest in the Zero room until all my synapsies have re-connected properly)!

I heard some of the stuff from the krotons tonight, its a shame the Krotons themselves didn't work too well, but I loved the story. Pat Troughton was superb.

"What a stupid place to land, you can tell the Captain wasn't at the controls" PT talking about the Tardis landing itself via the HADS after the Kroton attacked it....
