HI, I am 56, a retired academic. I live in NE London and want to expand my social life. possibly find a LTR. I am told that my best qualities are my warmth and sense of humour. I suffer from ME/chronic fatigue syndrome and this limits my social activity. I have many interests and am generally regarded as good company. I am especially keen to meet people who live nearby for social meets.

I have really piled on the pounds in recent years. The trouble started when I developed M.E. in 2000 and spent 6 months lying on the couch and piling on the pounds. Then three years ago I was diagnosed with diabetes. In those 8 years I have gained 3 stone and now weigh in at 15.5 stone. My BMI is 30 which puts me just over the obesity line. |
