Yeah I heard it first thing this morning. Really sad. She died far too young. There's no other 'companion' that has spanned all the years since Jon Pertwee to the new series - and of course, her character was taking care of K9, so what's he going to do now? |

Very sad. However it is wonderful she regained her early success and more during the last years of her life. She will not only be missed by my generation of 70s Dr W viewers but by a whole new generation of fans too. |
