Partition recovery - help needed!

I have a 250GB HDD partitioned off into 5 partitions, 4 of which are about 20-30GB each, the middle partition (which is where I store all of my downloaded TV, and other "important" stuff, etc) is about 140-150GB. I am running Windows XP Home. |
