Problem with Office XP SP3

I had Office XP 2002 full version loaded on my PC but upgraded to a legitimate copy of Office Standard Edition 2003.

Apparently my Automatic Updates (with manual installation) has downloaded SP3 for Office, which I understand is only relevant to Office 2002, and requires the CD for that version to be able to install. The only trouble is I cannot, for the life of me find what I've done with the CD (I did have one, honest!), so the update won't install.

Now that's no big deal in itself, but there are other Windows components that I was trying to re-install (that seem to have mysteriously gone missing) but it requires Windows SP2 CD, but I downloaded this rather than have it on CD. I tried to download SP2 again, but it won't let me do this because I haven't installed Office SP3!

Any suggestions? I'm getting mightily frustrated here!
