Odd problem with my PC.

I was using the Internet last night and suddenly my connection failed. Whatever I did, I was unable to reconnect, so I assumed it was a fault on the line. However, when I tried it again this evening, it still wouldn't work. Just to be certain that there wasn't a fault on the line, I plugged my MacBook into the router and it's working fine. |

What does the PC have to say about it's network connection? |

The PC says it's trying to connect ...and not doing so. Meanwhile the router is connected because the Mac works fine. |
