I am moving in the next couple of weeks and I have been informed that there has never been a BT service in my new flat, as I am only renting and already been stung with a £150 connection charge from BT when I moved into this flat, I do not plan to do it again. I rarely use the telephone and when I do I generally use my mobile as it is cheaper for me as most of my friends use mobiles more than landlines.

I am looking at the T Mobile Web 'n' Walk Mobile Broadband with speeds of 1.8mbps. Does anyone have any experience of this service? Any Good? Best Avoided?

If I go with Virginmedia it is going to cost me more for the telephone line and broadband, admittedly the speed will be faster but where I am now the speed is not fantastic because of the distance from the exchange.

If u opt for virgin media, you dont need the telephone line. You can take the broadband on its own as it doesnt use the phoneline, it uses the same cable as the TV.
