Ok *adjust Microphone can anyone here me* My name is James, I am loyal crazy, zany, intelligent, shy, quirky.A puzzle wrapped in a box tied up in an enigma preferably leather. I have lived and worked all round the world, but currently in London. Love lots of things, but anything to do with food am your man. My pics like me are very well rounded oh and i love dining out and reviewing restaurants.

Well it prompted me to type this as I read he had been subjected to a bit of a veiled stinging critique by Helen Darozze. If you dont know Helen she has her own two michelin star restaurant in Paris but has just been named the Connaught Hotel in Londons new executive chef and plans to spend her time cooking between London and Paris.. She basically admits that how can any one person spread themselves more than a few restaurants and basically those that have an empire of aprox 20 venues now worldwide are somewhat extending themselves maintaing their reputations on the strength of others and I read it as media whores... |
