We are a sociable and friendly couple based in South London (Croydon area) always looking to make new friends, see old friends, and generally be nice. We enjoy theatre, films, countryside, gigs, and a good game with our Wii. If you feel like saying hello, drop us a line. We pretty much always reply!

We have just had an offer accepted on a house. Now there are all the formal bits to do, inc getting a solicitor to do the conveyancing. |

We were quoted £700 for the conveyancing on our house, Ian... the solicitor, David, is really good and quick. Sadly our buyers pulled out last Wednesday but David didn't ask for the full fee even though he could have done. He's based in Kent and Blackheath - if you'd like his contact details for a quote let me know :) |
