Hi folks,

My sister has suggested a pay-as-you-go mobile broadband dongle for my niece's Xmas present, so she can access the internet on her laptop when she's out of the house. She lives in Cardiff.

Does anyone have any experience of mobile broadband? - especially in the Cardiff area (but all comments welcomed).

The '3' network seem to offer some good deals, but I am a bit wary because, back in the very early noughties my friend had a '3' mobile phone and the network coverage seemed to be poor - but I guess this could be well out of date now.

Any advice or experiences would be valued.
