For the last few months I have been going to a yoga class and find it surprisingly good. All my aching bits feel much better the next morning. |

Isn't pilates just another form of yoga? So says the wonderful Audrey, my yoga teacher... |

Will, its sort off, but the key of Yoga is to stretch the muscles from the outside to give lengthening, the point of pilates is that it concentrates on strengthening the muscles from inside and giving them strength. |

Thanks Cole, I love the way that descriptions in or about yoga seem to use language of inner and outer body...it has taken me four months to figure out what my inner shins are!!! Even longer how to lift them. |

I agree Alun...always feel better afterwards and always know if i miss a class - my muscles ache and miss that stretching feeling. |
