photointo my music , just passing through to look at the chitty chat on the forums maybe the odd event . I'm the nice bloke who everybody though was sweet with a dazzling smile who is "too nice" to be boyf material . just incase he pops by , i'm also looking for a wonderful b/f with a big house who is busy with his own things so i can paint in the loft / large shed

An interesting article from the independant claiming being in the overweight range of 25 - 30 bmi range might mean you live a bit longer .

nice to see how all these stories contridict one another as only a week ago they were saying to cut out all fatty food and what not and get thin to stay alive and now being a bit overweight could actually help.

I doubt that being overweight will help you live longer.

It stands to reason that if you're carrying more - there will be more stress on the entire body and significantly the organs that support its function.

No expert am I - but I reckon I'm right on this one.

That's good news as I was told this week my bmi was 27 and told to lose weight. I will think twice about it now! I have also have heard that a friend's brother who has a form of leukaemia has a greater chance of survival as he is overweight and so has more weight available to lose with the treatment he is receiving.
