Weird nodule on my face

About 2 months ago I cut myself shaving and as it was healing it grew outwards and I now have what I can only describe as a nodule where the site of the cut was |

maybe in growing hairs but get to the doc double quick time just to be sure...yikes! |

Dont think its ingrowing hair as it seems to have blood supply out to the tip |
