I'm a happy-go-lucky man with a good sense of humour! I'm also a life coach, reiki healer and EFT practitioner who absolutely loves what he does for a living. I work with a broad range of people, some gay, some not. What's most important to me is that you go away from our sessions feeling relaxed, positive and good about yourself :)

This is a single option poll: "I was just wondering how many people actually listen to and honour their own needs, even if it means saying no to others. All too often family, friends, work, and other situations encroach upon our lives and sometimes we just need to say "enough". Im' not bad at saying no... I wondered what other people thought/did"
