How to view foreign TV chanels via the internet???

I'm a sorted +ve guy in south east London. Looking for like minded guys that like to meet up to socialize in or for a nice cold pint and a laugh out. I'm a what you see is what you get kinda guy, so if you take the time to read my profile, you should know what you gonna get.

So you can't just watch it when you get a TV card? I have to admit that I'm quite a novice when it comes to this bit. |

A TV card just allows you to plus in an ariel and pick up TV signals. You won't be able to get anything that you can't already view through terestial, cable, Sky etc. |
