G4 iBook maintenance

My 2-year old iBook seems to be running rather sluggishly, but there doesn't seem to be much in the 'help' files in the way of maintenance and general housekeeping, like rebuilding the desktop etc that I used to do on my old Mac. Does anyone know of any basic procedures I can do to make sure it's working the best it can? |
